We encourage potential education partners to reach out to discuss new inter-institutional relationships for research collaboration, articulation agreements, student mobility or a combination thereof – all of which will serve to enhance and enrich the Acadia experience.

The Coordinator of Partnerships and Agreements communicates with new and existing academic institutional partners and maintains Acadia's database of agreements.

The Coordinator also works with academic departments to develop partnerships and formalized agreements. The Coordinator connects academic departments to potential partners with strong overlap to discuss areas of cooperation, such as faculty-led study abroad programs, as early as possible.

NOTE FOR ACADIA ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS:
From this point forward new partnership proposals will only be forwarded to academic departments on two dates each year (the third Tuesday of September and fourth Tuesday of February). This is meant to simplify and structure the partnership process. Renewals may be brought forward outside of these dates based on urgency. This only pertains to partnership brought forward by this office to departments. Departments can bring partnership proposals to this office at any point in the year.

If any department wishes to opt-out of these set dates and receive proposals at anytime of the year, please notify the Coordinator so that exception can be noted.

Potential Partners are welcomed to submit partnership proposals during any time of the year.
